Educator Comments:
Every program presented by the Cleveland Museum of Art is outstanding.
The Cleveland Museum of Art distance learning teams have done a good job presenting programs about different periods and movements in European Art for our AP European Art History classes. Their staff members have gone out of their way to accommodate our asking them to go beyond their established programs. They have even created different programs to meet our needs. It is much appreciated.
Cleveland Museum of Art offers wonderful programs that engage students and enhance learning.
CMA does a wonderful job of bringing the art to life for the students. Interesting and informational.Ariel Levine of The Cleveland Museum of Art is one of the most professional and natural presnters we have experienced.
Our 4th graders had an awesome mummy museum experience right in our classrooms because of the wonderful host and program at The Cleveland Museum of Art!
Arielle Levine, CMA, has provided my art students with two excellent programs. A Chuck Close portrait session and the Harlem Renaissance session. Her well-planned programs are flexible to meet our needs. The museum provides instant backup with a research team that is online with us. Arielle keeps the discusion moving with pertinent questions. She is personable. Both programs complemented what I do in class and provided insights that I would have missed from my lone perspective on the subjects. Good work CMA.
The Cleveland Museum of Art provides terrific videoconferences that engage the students and connect a variety of subjectbcontent to art.
We have done many programs with the Cleveland Museum of Art. Arielle Levine is a FABULOUS presenter. The students always take so much from the experience. Any contact we've made with the distance learning staff has been positive.
I love that Cleveland Museum of Art focuses on being a partner with schools and intermediate agencies.
They did a great job.
Professional and a wide variety of programs.
Better than visiting the the location in person
Being able to take these tours with the experts is much more informative than walking through the museums.
Ariel from the Cleveland Museum was wonderful with the kids. She engaged them and got them thinking and questioning. I also liked the fact that they could quickly pull up ANY image at a moments notice was really impressive. I would highly recommended the Cleveland Museum.
Great programs & excellent presenters
Presenter is excellent. She engages students instead of just talking with them. Personnel are easy to work with when signing up for an event.
They have always been of the utmost professional and highest quality of their programs. Outstanding!! Great way to supplement any high school curricula.

When I see a program from the Cleveland Museum of Art I feel like I am actually in the paintings themselves.

Arielle Levine & Dale Hilton provided excellent videoconference lessons for my class, connecting mythology and religion to art, in the ancient cultures of India, Greece & Rome. The presenters kept the students involved with Q & A and discussions throughout the sessions.

The Cleveland Museum of Art has a wonderful variety of programs that only teach about art topics, but get into history, language arts, math, and science.
I used the Cleveland Museum of Art year after year for the Harlem Renaissance class and know that our Spanish teacher loved working with them as well.
Cleveland Museum of Art is excellent! Two great features are the connections between art and history, culture, society and the enormous volume and quality of the images they share with our students. Mike Mirarchi, videoconferencing Coordinator
The Cleveland Museum of Art is staple of our videoconferencing usage. The CMA delivers consistently impressive content, bringing art into nearly every discipline and to nearly every grade level. They are one of the most accommodating institutions, willing to adjust scheduling and content to meet the needs of individual classes. Most impressively, they understand the variety of student developmental levels, adjusting the exploration of the museum's collections to suit the needs of the early eyes of kindergarteners and the sophisticated minds of high school seniors. --Kelly Hammond, Humanities Teacher, Cincinnati Country Day School
Cleveland Museum of Art - They have well trained staff and invite guest speakers to present on specific pieces of history or art. The programs are informative.
I felt that the presentation given by The Cleveland Musuem of Art in the target language of Spanish and the comments about the paintings were very descriptive and informative for my students. I know that they learned more about Spanish artists than they had previously known. In addition, my students also gained confidence in their ability to hear and communicate in Spanish.
The Cleveland Museum of Art has a variety of programs that can be used in a number of disciplines.
The CMA provides a great list of offerings.
