Description
Bats of the World
Fun, interactive, and educational programs about the fascinating world of bats. Also includes a visit by three live bats! Listen to a bats? echolocation, meet a vampire bat, and an African fruit bat. Programs are done by bat researchers from the Organization for Bat Conservation.
1. This program begins with a multi-media presentation.
2. Bat conservation is then discussed with a bat house.
3. Live bats are brought out.
4. Echolocation is described with the live bats and bat detector.
5. Time is allowed for questions and answers.
